Prior to founding the Sterling Woods Group, Rob began his career at McKinsey & Company; served as a senior executive at several private equity-owned businesses, including America’s Test Kitchen and Homesite Insurance; and held positions at Visa, Pepsi, and Comcast.
He has shared expertise on digital media and e-commerce with CBS, Forbes, Adweek, and Fox. And he remains an in-demand keynote speaker, presenting in-person and virtually to audiences like Facebook’s Journalism Membership Accelerator and the Harvard Business School Alumni Association.
Rob earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College and his Master of Business Administration in general management from Harvard Business School. He currently lives in West Hartford, Connecticut, with his wife, two daughters, and their black lab.
